Approach

In sessions, we ask questions, understand patterns, learn new mechanisms, educate, explore, and grow. My holistic approach focuses on cultivating a safe therapeutic relationship. I work with most life and mental health challenges, including but not limited to relationship issues, behavioral and sleep disorders, anxiety and emotional issues, depression, ADHD, and soft skills. My practice is Client-centered and evidence-based.
Theoretical Orientation
Cognitive behavioral therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps people identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. By challenging unhelpful beliefs, CBT encourages healthier thinking and coping strategies, making it a practical approach to managing anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
Dialectical behavioral therapy
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices. It focuses on teaching skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and handle stress. DBT is especially effective for individuals who struggle with intense emotions and impulsive behaviors.
Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy delves into how past experiences and unconscious thoughts influence current behavior. By exploring these deep-seated issues, this therapy helps individuals gain insight into their emotional lives, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

Acceptance and commitment therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) encourages embracing thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them. By focusing on what truly matters, ACT helps individuals live more meaningful lives, even in the presence of difficult emotions or situations.

Yoga therapy and mindfulness
Yoga therapy and mindfulness combine physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to enhance mental well-being. These practices help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote a sense of calm and balance in everyday life.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a short-term, goal-oriented therapeutic approach that emphasizes clients’ strengths and resources, focusing on solutions rather than problems to foster positive change efficiently.
