Got Queries?

How many sessions do I need? Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some people find a few sessions helpful for specific concerns, while others prefer longer-term work to address deeper issues or patterns. You and your therapist will regularly check in on your goals and progress.

Do I need therapy? People come to therapy for many reasons — stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, big life transitions, or simply wanting to understand themselves better. If you feel overwhelmed, alone with your struggles, or wish for change but don’t know where to start, therapy can help.

Do you offer sliding scale options? Our session fees vary depending on the type and length of service. We believe therapy should be accessible and do offer sliding scale slots where possible. Please get in touch to discuss what works for you.

Is everything I say in therapy confidential? Yes. What you share stays between you and your therapist, with a few legal and ethical exceptions — for example, if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or someone else. Your privacy and trust are a top priority.

How do I choose the right therapist? A good fit is important. Take time to read about your therapist’s educational qualifications, background, approach, and areas of expertise. Many therapists offer an initial consultation or call so you can ask questions and see if you feel comfortable.
